This is a simple, low ingredient quick finger food for baby and the whole family. Super tasty and very fun.

Ingredients
Makes approx. 6-8 pin wheels
1x pastry sheet :morrisons own is currently only £1 and vegan
1/2 tub of Dairy free cream cheese
1/2 a small can of Tomato paste
* optional, shredded fresh basil, chorizo, ham, peppers and more
Method
Step 1 : Unroll your pastry sheet from box , or if homemade roll out into flat and thin rectangle
Step 2: Spread desired cream cheese across the pastry sheet
Step 3 : On the same side spread your tomato paste
Step 4 : Optional - if you desire other ingredients such as those placed on a pizza or herbs and spices sprinkle them over the top of the tomato at this point- do not make too full
Step 5 : Take one end of the pastry sheet and start to roll it up ( like you would roll-up a carpet)
Step 6 : Take a sharp knife and cut into approx 2cm sections
* I find it easiest to cut the rolls in half so you have two and then keep cutting each section in half as I find it doesn't mis-shape the rolls and keeps them more uniform in size) *
Step 7 : Place onto greaseproof paper and onto a baking tray ; if store bought the pastry will usually come rolled in a sheet that you can use)
Step 8 : place into the oven or grill (my oven setting is currently broken so I'm making these under a low temp grill and placing low down)
Step 9 : Cook for 15-20 mins or until pastry is flaky and pale-golden brown in colour
Step 10 : Allow to cool in temp before serving to your little one
*They will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days ... if they last that long
Eat and enjoy :)
