Easy Peasy Garlic Bread

I don't know about you but in this house we love garlic bread ! However due to Cohens dairy allergy and myself being gluten intolerant we can no longer pop to the shop and grab a side of garlic bread. So here is how I do it at home and its so much more satisfying!

Ingredients


  • Bread of choice (I like using schars gluten free ciabatta rolls)

  • 1x large scoop of Dairy free spread

  • X4 garlic gloves


-optional cheese or dairy free alternative






METHOD


Step 1 : Cut the ciabatta, length ways and place onto a baking tray

Step 2 : Take a small dish , and place your butter/alternative into the dish

Step 3 : Finely grate the garlic and combine with the butter by mixing it

Step 4 : Spread the garlic and butter mix onto the ciabatta

Step 5 : Place under a grill and a medium temperature .

Step 6 : Once butter is melted in and the bread is toasted . remove and its ready to serve.

Step 7 : Optional - sprinkle cheese on top if cheesy garlic bread is desired and place back under the grill for a few minutes while the cheese melts


Step 8 : Eat and Enjoy , but until next time ...
